Zhejiang Qute Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in In 2005, the company was first established in Oubei, Yongjia—a region renowned as the "Hometown of China's Pumps and Valves." It is a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and service, focusing on ball valves and other ball valve accessories.
Qute Valve can provide customers with ball valve balls and other accessories in various models, specifications, diameters, pressure ratings, and made from different materials. Pathway 1" to 56", pressure ratings from 150 LB to 2500 LB. The main base materials include A105, LF2, 410, F6A, 4130, 4140, F304, F316, 17-4PH, F51, F53, F55, Monel K400, Inconel, and others. 1 Energy conservation and emission reduction

(1) In terms of wastewater prevention and control
The company discharges domestic wastewater, which has been treated through a septic tank before being routed into the municipal sewage network. The main pollutants in this domestic wastewater are: CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, and petroleum—The company conducts routine inspections of pipelines within the region to prevent leakage incidents. It also maintains strict management of chemical usage on a daily basis to minimize pollution generation. Annual testing results consistently show compliance with standards.
(2) Regarding exhaust gas control and prevention
The unorganized emissions from the company mainly originate from the generation of deburring dust. (The primary pollutant is particulate matter), welding fumes (the primary pollutant is particulate matter), and “leakage and emissions” from production equipment.
① Metal dust has a high specific gravity and is blocked by factory structures, so it mostly settles within the workshop and is collected for disposal as solid waste. The volume of welding exhaust gases is very small; after being treated by a mobile welding fume purifier, they are discharged from the workshop. ② The “leakage and fugitive emissions” from production equipment generate only a small volume of exhaust gases, which are unorganized emissions with minimal impact on the external environment.
(3) Noise Control Measures
Select low-noise equipment and arrange the locations of high-noise equipment reasonably. Implement vibration reduction measures for the equipment, and use materials with excellent sound insulation in the workshop. Strengthen equipment maintenance and upkeep to ensure that the equipment operates in optimal condition. Reasonably schedule working hours, strengthen environmental awareness education for employees, and prevent man-made noise. Noise emissions at the plant boundary shall comply with the standards specified in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises' Plant Boundaries" (GB12348-2008). The inspection results show that the standards have been met.
(4) Solid Waste Prevention and Control
According to The principles for solid waste management—“resource utilization, reduction, and harmlessness”—require that solid waste be properly disposed of in accordance with regulations, the comprehensive utilization rate be improved, and secondary pollution be prevented. General industrial solid waste that is recyclable shall be entrusted to designated recycling entities for recovery and disposal. Domestic waste, after collection, shall be entrusted to sanitation authorities for removal and treatment. All of the above-mentioned solid wastes can be classified and disposed of in compliance with relevant regulations.
(5) In terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction
The company adheres to a green and ecological approach. The “green manufacturing” concept, which employs energy-saving facilities and equipment, has significantly reduced electricity consumption.
